Bread Dhokla




Most of us like and Love Dhokla, it is indeed a well known recipe. Bread dhokla is a different recipe. Enjoy this at home.

Ingredients:
8-9 slices of bread
2 tbsp grated coconut
3-4 chopped green chillies
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1 cup yogurt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp amchoor powder
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
5-6 Curry leaves
1 tsp ghee
Salt to taste

How to Prepare:
Take a bowl and mix yogurt, chopped green chilies, amchoor powder ginger and salt.
Remove the edges of bread slices and cut each slice into 4 squares.
Now spread the above-made mixture onto each square of bread. Now join two squares to form a tiny sandwich.
Take a pan and heat ghee, add mustard seeds and curry leaves to it.
Once the mustard seeds start to splutter, place the sandwiches in the pan and fry on both sides.
Garnish the beard dhokla’s with chopped coriander leaves. And if you like to eat coconut, use grated coconut to garnish.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
